I was informed that I had rewards points that I could use towards my service that I was having done. My appointment was on a Saturday morning & my service was quick. Only downside is that my car couldnāt get a wash because it was down.

set up the appointment with vic mouillet, it was very easy and vic was very accommodating. he gave me an estimate for the amount of the job, and how long it would take. he was able to work with my schedule and make the appointment happen. the appointment went just the way vic said it would, and everything was fixed properly. it was a great service visit! marty

When technician changed burnt bake light, several paint knicks were noticed next to the brake light housing. No one advised me of this issue or applied touch up paint to correct.

My service provider was Vic he took care of me and all may needs to the best of his ability. I came in for a tire replacement and he was able to get me a new tire free of charge due to warranty replacement. I will say when I pulled up to the service center no one came out to my truck to see if I had a problem. I had to get out my truck and go inside and even then it was a solid 2 minutes before anyone acknowledged me after I had to ask for Vic. The team members were having a conversation between themselves and I was left to play on my phone in front of them until they finished their discussion. In my opinion I should have been greeted as soon as I walked through the door by someone. I do like the service at this dealership but if this ever happens again I wonāt be back.

Really no problems, called and got an acceptable appointment. Delivered car and got a call it was ready about 1-1/2 hr earlier than was expected. Picked up car, drove it around and next day got in it and had a service light - tire monitoring systems light. The left front tire was not showing any air pressure. Called and got another appointment, took in and in less than 15 mins the service department rectified the problem. (they forget to reset the tire monitoring system after rotating the tires. So the only problem was we had to take more time to get our car serviced correctly.
