The service dept. is the second reason, we have beautiful service from Vic Moulliet he is always our first choice in service. This is not the first time we buy from you. This is my second survey response. In short, they missed fixing the ac control panel, causing us to have to bring it back and pay a second $100 deductible. There is more, I don’t want to type again.

Danny the sales manager was extremely helpful with getting me the best possible deal for my trade-in and value for the vehicle I wanted. Ian in the finance department explained everything and helped me to get the best possible interest rate and to stay where I was comfortable with payments. My new GMC Terrain is beautiful and I love it! This is my second vehicle I have purchased from Courtesy and the service department always takes great care of my vehicle and me.
