Service was below standard. The service associate was outstanding. The mechanic missed the entire reason the vehicle was brought in. This was the second appointment that had to be made bc the first appointment that was made for an oil change we were told no one could look at the issue bc they were ātoo busyā.

When I arrived my salesperson Jill Douet Clay met me and took me to the service area. I was scheduled for 9:30 and that happened just as planned. When the work was complete they notified me and I picked it up later that morning. Everything was fine. My suv was cleaned and I was able to leave before the 5 o'clock traffic. I love my Buick Enclave. Best suv I've ever driven.
