Had recall for park assist done. It was functioning before. After servicing Park assist blocked is on. Called to report this Told rear bump needed repair due to dent. Had that repaired. Park assist still blocked. Brought truck back to service. Now told front right middle sensor bad and quoted $650.00 to change paint pull bumper ect to repair. I expected recall for park assist was to correct the system. Now I have a $650.00 repair? I refused repair. I have Easy care coverage, truck only has 18,000 miles and is only 2 years old. HELP

I went to get the rear end replaced and the A/C wasnāt working on one side of my car. I also asked for all weather mats to be put in the trunk. I was told my car was fixed and the A/C was working and as I checked it, my air was still blowing hot air out. It had obviously never been fixed. A mechanic even said that. The weather mats werenāt picked up either after saying it numerous times. After 2 months of waiting for my car to be fixed and 12 days later in a rental, my car was repaired. I was told I had to purchase the rental and my car was not working properly when I purchased it. I refused to. Iām a single mother of 5 and can not afford a rental and Iām paying a large note on a car thatās not working properly or I wasnāt driving for 12 days. I wouldnāt recommend Courtesy.

As is my custom I set an appointment with Vic to have the 50,000 Mile Service performed on my 2020 Encore. Courtesy was kind enough to supply a loner to me during the Maintenance Service. Having been in a Buick Service Dept. for near 30 years at all levels of service jobs, I knew the time and expense elements to expect. Some part items had to be ordered resulting in a return visit for completion of the requested services. I knew to expect this, and it did not cause me any distress. All in all everything was done and without any distress on my part. The bill was less than I expected and that was a welcome surprise. My thanks to Vic and the Technician and Parts Department for making my service visit a pleasant event. Due to their work and attitude, I can comfortably foresee driving this Buick Encore for another 50,000 miles. That is of course as long as I don't develop a desire to buy another Buick before I reach the 100,000 mile point in this one. My thanks to all at Courtesy Buick/GMC, Charles LaPorte
