Confirmed Service Customer
I am very upset about my experience with bringing my Yukon to have a repair. On 032124 l arrived with my Yukon being towed by Gary's Towing. Excellent service from the towing company. Got their at Courtesy Gmc on Thursday 032124 enter the service department spoke to Brandon Angelle told him l had my Yukon here to have service.l asked him when l would be able to have my truck looked at. Hw words was that their was other cars ahead of me and it might be Friday or Monday. Seems like Brandon was not having a good day. I told Mr. Angelle to call me when he would know the problem with the truck because it didn't won't to start. I had recently bought my truck on 022624 for a oil change and Victor him me. Victor told me that they couldn't relearning my tips without my keypad. I gave him the keypad. He tried and wasn't able. He called a black mechanic, he couldn't with keypad, and then Victor asked someone else to help and did left to go in service area. Victor came back and told me that everything should be okay after l drive my truck for 15 minutes the sensor should pmbe program. I told him thanks and left. I really don't think this service on sensor was done. But getting back to Mr. Brandon Angelle he call me Friday morning at 9.03 am to let me know the cost of service job. I told Mr Angelle about my hood latch was broken when l go my oil change by whomever change my oil on 022624 because l only have my truck service by courtesy gmc. He told me he was going to talked to the mechanic and l asked him what was the cost for the starter service .My Angelle told me 980.00. I told him to fix my Yukon. Mr. Angelle called me to let me know that management would take care of hood latch. He called me back at 12.14 to let me know my truck was ready. I arrive at Courtesy Gmc at 345pm and l did go to service desk and Mr Angelle was their. I asked if my truck was wash he stated the car wash machine was broken. I then realized l had a coupon that l get from Courtesy Gmc for discount. I told Mr Angelle l have a coupon in my truck. Seems like Mr. Angelle got mad and with a different tone in his voice stated he couldn't give me a discount without coupon. I asked him when my truck would be brought up by service area l would get the coupon out my truck. I got the coupon and told him the discount would be 50.00. He told me he knew with that ugly tone in voice. I bought that truck in 2005 and never experienced such unprofessional manner from someone in service. He didn't thank me for giving youll business. I could have taken my truck some where else but me being the person l am and dedicated to Courtesy Gmc l choose youll. He really need some more training in customer service. The young lady at the service desk that took my credit card did tell me he needed the coupon before he wrote up the ticket. I told her like l told Mr Angelle it was in the truck. I really didn't like the way l was talked too.
