Confirmed Service Customer
I brought my truck in for service in October, 2023 with a āService stabilitrac and service trailer brake system ā. My truck was in the shop for about three weeks before I had any response from the service department. When I contacted the service department, I was told my truck was driveable and the parts were on order for the repair. I would contact the service department weekly for any updates on the parts needed for the repair and the parts would be still on back order and the service department was waiting on an update for the parts. After six months of waiting, I was asked to come settle up my bill for the repair that was completed on the passenger front seat. I was also told that the parts needed for the stabilitrac and trailer brake system were no longer available and was not offered any further assistance as how or where I could get at least the trailer brakes repaired so I could safely tow my rv. My experience with the service department was not a good experience.
