Confirmed Service Customer
I arrived at the dealership at 9am for an oil change and tire rotation. Was informed that new policy is oil changes by appointment only. Pointed out that dealership had failed to inform regular customers of new policy and they agreed to change oil and rotate tires. Approx 12:00 service writer informed me they were "about to start" on service. At 1:50 was informed service completed. Checked vehicle when I got home. Fluids appear not to have been checked. Oil spills on engine cover and radiator cover-no attempt to clean up. Determined that tires had not been rotated, but were inflated 5 psi over recommended. Concluded that I was being "punished" for being a proactive consumer. Vehicle was purchased at this dealership 12 years ago, has had all regular service here. Prior 2 times vehicle was serviced here there were problems. Don't know what's going on, but I'm not going to be recommending them in the future.
