Confirmed Service Customer
Went for an oil change and I had to tell the service people 3 times that I had to add oil in my 3 year old car and did not know where my oil was going. If someone can check to see. I had to ask at the end of service to make sure it was done and service lady went ask because she had no idea what i was talking about. My appt was for 1pm. I got there 25 min early. By 2:45pm I had to go ask if my car was ready. Another 15 min and it was done. Went to check out and the service lady that took payment was on the phone. She never looked up as I waited with my service tech lady with papers to pay. Another 5 min and still did not check me out. I got out cash and gave to lady and said here I can not wait any longer I have to go. She then put phone down fustrated and told me to sign ticket and I left. She needed to put caller on hold and deal with customers in front of her.
