Confirmed Service Customer
As is my custom I set an appointment with Vic to have the 50,000 Mile Service performed on my 2020 Encore. Courtesy was kind enough to supply a loner to me during the Maintenance Service. Having been in a Buick Service Dept. for near 30 years at all levels of service jobs, I knew the time and expense elements to expect. Some part items had to be ordered resulting in a return visit for completion of the requested services. I knew to expect this, and it did not cause me any distress. All in all everything was done and without any distress on my part. The bill was less than I expected and that was a welcome surprise. My thanks to Vic and the Technician and Parts Department for making my service visit a pleasant event. Due to their work and attitude, I can comfortably foresee driving this Buick Encore for another 50,000 miles. That is of course as long as I don't develop a desire to buy another Buick before I reach the 100,000 mile point in this one. My thanks to all at Courtesy Buick/GMC, Charles LaPorte
