Confirmed Service Customer
My service advisor was Mr. Ray for as long as he was with Courtesy. When I would call to get service on my truck he would also let me know what additional services were needed. When I called this time to schedule my oil change I asked for a new advisor and was told I didn't need a service advisor for an oil change. When I arrived at the service department the day of my appointment the lady checked in my truck and said "oh you haven't had this service or that service, would you like to do that now? I asked how long it would take and she said 4-5 hrs. I told her no, I didn't have time on that day. Had I been able to talk to a service advisor I would have asked about additional services and planned my day accordingly. I said Mr. Ray would always let me know in advance what needed to be done and would arrange courtesy transportation for me. When I told the lady that she abruptly said "we don't do that anymore" (arrange for courtesy transportation). I said you no longer have courtesy transportation. She just said NO. The service department is what has always kept me coming back to Courtesy GMC. I've bought 7 GMC vehicles since 1995 and Courtesy has serviced all of them 100% of the time.
