Confirmed Service Customer
We were told by the service department our 1st scheduled service on Friday at 7:30 AM June 2, 2023 would take about 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours to complete. Our vehicle was ready 4 1/2 hours later. We were called to schedule another appointment which was on Monday June 5, 2023 at 1:00 PM, because the original service on Friday mistakenly failed to complete the service. We were told this time we would be a priority because of the failed completion of the original service. This service took from 1:00 PM until 3:45 PM. The sales staff, however, is to be commended as they tried to assist with service updates during both appointments.
