I had a 9:30 appointment for an oil change. Called back at 12:30 then was told I needed additional work and were perplexed that I was not called sooner. My thoughts were because I left that my car was not serviced at my appointed time Possible worked on later because I did not wait. That made me very late for my next appointment. What got me more upset is that the person seemed to not car no apology or anything. Not Ed Ben a Thank You as I was leaving at about 3:30. Is that a way of saying we no longer want our business. T for TV he amount I put out that was the least he could have done for messing up my day by not putting my car in line when it was supposed to be a nd calling me in a timely manner for the additional work that was needed.

Courtesy GMC Lafayette is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. The Service Advisors are knowledgeable and professional, the Service Techs are skilled at what they do, the operations are fast and efficient and the facility and waiting areas are clean and beautiful. Arrived at 8:15 am without an appointment dropped off my vehicle for its first oil change and was contacted by 11:00 am it was ready for pickup. I was probably in 8th or 10th place looking at the number of vehicles in the Q ahead of me. The service rep was courteous, professional and friendly. Vehicle was well taken care of in every aspect of the service. My wife and I have not purchased nor owned a vehicle for the past 12 years from any other dealership other than Courtesy.
