We got there about 20 minutes early and the staff took care of us right away. We left about 5 minutes after our scheduled appointment time. My 1st experience at this dealership won't be my last.

Arrived as scheduled, waited 3 hours. Vehicle was not washed as I was told, rear view was adjusted as well as seat and music turned on. Why all the changes on the interior?

They couldn't find the problem with my key fob and door also the ignition but the 10 miles they drove to check my AC I really didn't like due to it making my warranty that much closer to the 36k

I had a very good experience. The Sales Consultant was very informative and showed me the items in the Buick Envision. I really like the Buick Envision. The Sales Consultant went through all the buttons and explained each of what they were and what they each meant.

Great service!!! Edward was very professional and great to work with from start to finish. So sorry about the misunderstanding with the cash being taken. My grand daughter removed it because she thought I would forget. Iām glad she called me at that moment so I was able to clear it up. I felt bad after because I jumped the gun and accused. For that I apologize.

Very pleasant experience.. Ms. Jill was on vacation, so we had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Brandon and he took very good care of my husband and I. He walked us through each & every aspect of the paperwork so we were able to understand exactly what we were agreeing to. Took his time and gave us his complete attention. I was blown away by the professionalism shown to me when I brought my truck in. They worked on my vehicle immediately, and I got it back the same day. This was the first time I had brought my car to a dealership, and it didn't take weeks to get it back. I was also shocked by the price I had to pay to get my truck back. Normally dealerships have significantly overcharged me, but you guys did not. I will bring my vehicle back to you guys for all future maintenance I will need, and the rep that helped me was friendly and easy to speak with. Thank you guys again!

11 am appt honored once a service rep entered me in system. Waited for that. Oil change completed with system checks and tire rotation in an hour. Then waited again to get paperwork and pay.
