i made an appointment for a regularly required maintenance. and I arrived approximately 40 minutes prior to my appointment time, to allow my vehicle to cool down. I told the service advisor that I was going to leave the vehicle as I had another appointment that morning. I was offered a ride, but I had already made arraignments. I received a call in less than two hours informing me that my vehicle was ready, and no issues were found in the routine inspection after my scheduled service. My vehicle was clean when I picked it up. Great service and staff. Thanks; Troy

Really bad. Engine light on and service department couldnāt check on a brand new 2021 sierra with 27000 miles and sent me away and they reset it left 2days later came on again but they still couldnāt see me and I was told if it comes back on take pictures of it but what good is that going to do if the problem isnāt checked. At least pull it in check the problem put me in a loaner vehicle until you can fix the problem but I can buy a truck like this that cost over 65000.00 and I canāt be out in a loaner but itās ok to keep driving it like this itās unbelievable how it works. If it messes something up worse than what it is then the problem going to be on Courtesyās desk I assure you of this.

I was a little disappointed after dropping off my car at appointment time on Wednesday. When I was called on Thursday afternoon late I was told it hadn't even been seen yet and may be Tuesday before it's ready. I had no other transportation as I am single. Expressed my frustration. Karri went to bat for me and was able to get me a loaner. Upon picking up loaner at the end of Thursday I was told it would be ready Friday afternoon. My faith in the service department was redeemed.

I had an oil change and tire rotation scheduled for 9:30 am. I arrived at 8:35 am and did not leave until around 11:30 am.

Spent several hours on the finance manager playing games and not being upfront with the numbers. Literally, could have wrapped up in half the time with our credit being good. Just told me to sign without verbally going over finance terms. I had to ask for explanation before he briefly went over the terms. Sales rep and manager were both okay.

My rep was very helpful and patient. I got a new maintenance plan from GMC and it was a pain to get it set up right (from HQ not Lafayette). She was very helpful in getting it fixed for me and I was happy with the outstanding service.

Even though there was a problem while driving my vehicle home Courtesy did an excellent job in getting the vehicle back to their shop and rectifying the problem. Mr. John Munoz did an excellent job, he was very professional.

Some of your "salesmen" gave me advice about the problem GMC has with using thumb drives in the entertainment system. They were wrong big time. Caused me to walk away from a sale the first time. Then I did my own research and found out it is a GMC screw up and I found a work around. Bad planning on GMC's part. My salesman Isiaha Miller was great.
