I was told I needed a new Transmission. The cost Courtesy Quoted me was $6,400 plus. I picked my car up and brought it to a Transmission Shop in Town for a second opinion. I did not tell them anything about the Quote. Transmission Shop is charging $5,300 for the same Work! And my car will be Ready in 3 Days!!!

It started out great. Courtesy personnel was supposed to evaluate my truck, call me with an estimate of repair and then proceed with my decision. Instead my truck was repaired then I was notified that it was ready for pick up.
