Bought my truck at courtesy Broussard. I was told if I got my oil changed there that I would get free tire rotation every time I got an oil change. After a while I started suspecting that my tires werenāt being rotated. I brought it to Brandis attention in the service department and she told this nice little story of how they were gonna fix the problem after she tried blaming me saying that the tread on my tires wasnāt good so they couldnāt rotate them. I had some brand new 33ā mud tires. She was speechless after finding that out. After that I started marking my tires and sure enough they werenāt being rotated. This time I tried courtesy in Lafayette off of Johnston thinking a different group of people something might get done right. No surprise it was the same. No tire rotation was done but they print it up on the invoice like it was done. So I come to realize itās not an employee problem. Itās a courtesy problem. They tell you things to entice you to do business with them but they are nothing but a lie. You canāt trust their word. Letās just say Iām done with courtesy. Service Chevrolet has my business now. If you donāt wanna rotate my tires itās no problem but donāt write it up on an invoice and try to fill me into thinking it was done. They should stop promoting that if they canāt fulfill the problem.

Had recall for park assist done. It was functioning before. After servicing Park assist blocked is on. Called to report this Told rear bump needed repair due to dent. Had that repaired. Park assist still blocked. Brought truck back to service. Now told front right middle sensor bad and quoted $650.00 to change paint pull bumper ect to repair. I expected recall for park assist was to correct the system. Now I have a $650.00 repair? I refused repair. I have Easy care coverage, truck only has 18,000 miles and is only 2 years old. HELP
