I was blown away by the professionalism shown to me when I brought my truck in. They worked on my vehicle immediately, and I got it back the same day. This was the first time I had brought my car to a dealership, and it didn't take weeks to get it back. I was also shocked by the price I had to pay to get my truck back. Normally dealerships have significantly overcharged me, but you guys did not. I will bring my vehicle back to you guys for all future maintenance I will need, and the rep that helped me was friendly and easy to speak with. Thank you guys again!

11 am appt honored once a service rep entered me in system. Waited for that. Oil change completed with system checks and tire rotation in an hour. Then waited again to get paperwork and pay.

SUV was scheduled to have oil change with service and install retrofit for feature that was missing when purchased due to item not being available. This was scheduled but when arriving, was told that retrofit part would have to be ordered. We do not live in Lafayette and will have to make another trip to get it installed.

We were told by the service department our 1st scheduled service on Friday at 7:30 AM June 2, 2023 would take about 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours to complete. Our vehicle was ready 4 1/2 hours later. We were called to schedule another appointment which was on Monday June 5, 2023 at 1:00 PM, because the original service on Friday mistakenly failed to complete the service. We were told this time we would be a priority because of the failed completion of the original service. This service took from 1:00 PM until 3:45 PM. The sales staff, however, is to be commended as they tried to assist with service updates during both appointments.
