Scott, my salesman was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful to navigate through this process. Danny the sales manager was extremely helpful with getting me the best possible deal for my trade-in and value for the vehicle I wanted. Ian in the finance department explained everything and helped me to get the best possible interest rate and to stay where I was comfortable with payments. My new GMC Terrain is beautiful and I love it! This is my second vehicle I have purchased from Courtesy and the service department always takes great care of my vehicle and me. I have recommended Courtesy to family and friends. My daughter bought a vehicle from them this week also. Thanks Courtesy Buick GMC.

The salesman did very good the rest of them manager Financial Consultant service department all very poor service we stayed without inspection sticker for 3 weeks because they had none at the dealership poor service they do not return your call we're still waiting for the Financial Consultant to call us we thought of getting our money back and bringing our business somewhere else they are not friendly people and they have poor lack of communication between each other

Scheduling appt went well. Drop off was easy and when I notified them that I needed truck by 2pm I was told it wouldn't be a problem. Truck was done by lunch and I received a call letting me know. My only issue was this is the 2nd time in a row I've had truck serviced and the tire pressure wasn't adjusted.
