I went to the dealership for a morning appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It was suggested that I get the recommended 30,000 mile service work done on my 2017 Buick Enclave. I agreed for the dealership to do the work, but the work took much longer than I expected. What I thought would take a few hours ended up taking 2 days. I needed my vehicle for a meeting the night of the service and was upset when I was told that my vehicle would not be ready that day. The dealership did make it right by giving me a loaner vehicle for the night so I could make my meeting. I was pleased that they did this but wished that that the communication with me was better. I had to call several times to find out the status of my vehicle. If I had known how long it would take to get the recommended service work done, I would not have had the work done that day, only the oil change and tire rotation, which usually takes an hour or so.

Had an appointment at 8:30am to change battery only they did not acknowledge the price of the charging out of the battery till 10:00am and the enclave wasn't ready till 11:15am.

Great timely service. Setting up the appointment was a breeze. I received updates about my service and was updated as soon as it was time to pick it up. There was no guess on what was fixed due to receiving an itemized list of the repairs that were made.

After picking up my vehicle from the dealership & riding 10 miles, the check engine light came on & it started sputtering, so I had to pull over. The light was not on nor had I had any problems previously with the engine. So, I donāt think they checked any of the vital parts of the engine, like oil or water. They were aware that it had been sitting since the rotors were diagnosed. When I had it towed back to the dealership, I was asked if I had an oil change before. I had it at the dealerahip last.
